"Packed really well"
The rug showed up wrapped really securely, and there wasn’t any damage or anything. Straightforward delivery, which is all I was hoping for, I guess.....

I’m really happy with my rug. I was a little worried the colours might look different in person, but they’re just like they were on the website. It fits the room perfectly and there were no weird surprises when it arrived

"Disappointed at first, but the return was so easy"
I was a bit gutted when the rug arrived and the colour just didn’t work in my room. I thought returning it might turn into a whole annoying process, but it was actually really straightforward. The steps were clear, I dropped it off without any hassle, and I kept getting updates along the way. Then the refund came through faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Started off disappointed, ended up really happy with how easy it all was.

"Nice rug but delivery was a pain"
I ordered a rug from Rugvista and the rug itself was totally fine no real complaints there. The delivery was the frustrating part though. The tracking barely updated and it turned up later than the date I was originally given so I ended up staying in twice for no reason. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t great either. I might order again if I wasn’t in a hurry but they really need to improve the delivery updates

I ordered a rug from Rugvista the design is nice. The issue is that the size didn’t quite match what was listed. I measured my space before ordering, so it was frustrating when it didn’t fit the way I expected. It’s not a massive difference, but with rugs, even a little bit can matter. Returning it feels like too much of a hassle, so I’ll probably just keep it, but I’m a bit disappointed overall.

"Looks nice, but not as soft as I hoped"
The rug looks good and the delivery was fine, but I’m a little disappointed with how it feels. I was expecting it to be softer underfoot, but the material feels kind of average and a bit rougher than I thought it would. It also seems thinner than I expected. It’s not awful, so I’m keeping it, but I wouldn’t say I’m fully happy with it.

"Felt okay ordering from them"
I was a bit unsure at first, so I checked a few reviews before ordering from Rugvista. It seemed legit enough, and thankfully everything went fine. The rug arrived when they said it would, was packed properly, and looked pretty much like the photos. No real issues, so yeah, I’d probably order from them again

"Decent site, but a bit frustrating"
The website was easy to look through, and the rug photos were clear, which helped. But the filtering got annoying after a while, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. I also had to keep going back to change sizes, which made the whole thing feel more clunky than it needed to be. Checkout worked fine in the end, but the experience wasn't super smooth, and at times the way things were explained made me feel a little talked down to.

"Looked just like the photos"
I ordered a rug from Rugvista after spending way too long looking through all the photos, probably while avoiding doing other stuff around the house. When it arrived, it actually looked just like it did online. The colour and texture were really close to the pictures, which made me feel a lot better about choosing a rug without seeing it in person first.

"Really happy with my Rugvista rug"
I ordered a rug from Rugvista it looked just like it did in the photos. The colours are lovely and the quality feels really good for what I paid. Delivery was faster than I expected too. I thought I might need to fuss around with it to get it to lay flat, but that was unnecessary since it settled down after about a day. No issues at all, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I got my rug last week and I’m so pleased with it. I had a good feeling when I ordered, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. It feels thick and soft underfoot, and the colours look just like they did in the photos. No odd smell, no loose bits, and it seems really well made for the price. I’d definitely buy from Rugvista again

"Nice rugs, but I wanted a bit more variety"
I had a easy time browsing Rugvista, and they do have some really nice rug designs. I found a few I liked, well, a few that almost fit what I was looking for, but a lot of them started to feel kind of similar after a while. Overall, it’s a decent selection, just not quite as varied as I was hoping

"Super comfy and nice thick pile"
I’m really pleased with my rug from Rugvista. The pile is actually thicker than I thought it would be, and it feels lovely and soft under bare feet. It doesn’t have that flat, cheap look at all, which I was a bit worried about. Delivery was all fine too, no issues there.

"I had a good experience…"
I had a good experience ordering from Rugvista. The checkout was straightforward, which I always appreciate because some sites make it way more complicated than it needs to be. Payment went through on the first try too, so no annoying back-and-forth there. Everything was clear before I placed the order, which gave me a bit more confidence about buying. I can’t say anything about delivery yet, since I’m still waiting on that part, but the actual buying process was smooth enough.

"Nice rugs, but maybe wait for a sale"
I do really like the rugs, the quality and designs seem nice to me. That said, I’m not totally sure I’d pay full price for them. Maybe I’m just being picky, but the prices feel a bit high unless there’s a good discount or sale going on.
